FAQ

The short answers. Anything missing, just ask us.

Safety

Can you touch my money?

No. We read public blockchain data — the same thing a block explorer shows. There is no path from a scan to your funds.

Do I have to connect a wallet?

No. Paste an address and the scan runs. You only connect if you decide to actually move what we find, and even then you sign every transaction yourself.

Will you ever ask for my seed phrase?

Never. Nobody legitimate will. If any site claiming to be us asks for one, it is not us.

Is it safe to paste my address?

Your address is already public. We keep it to make re-scans fast — see the privacy page for exactly what is stored.

What it finds

What counts as "forgotten"?

Money sitting still and out of sight: balances on chains you stopped using, old token bags, and funds you bridged or sent somewhere and never followed up on.

Which chains do you check?

63 EVM chains, Solana and Hyperliquid, in one pass. You do not pick — we check them all and only show you the ones holding something.

It found money in a wallet that is not mine. What now?

That is a trail, not a claim. We show where money went and how likely it is still yours; if it landed in a stranger’s wallet, there is nothing to recover. Being honest about that is the point.

Can you get my money back for me?

We show you where it is and, where possible, give you the tools to move it yourself. We never take custody, so anything that needs someone else’s keys is out of reach for both of us.

It found nothing. Is it broken?

Usually it means there is genuinely nothing sitting idle — which is a real answer. If a paid scan found you nothing at all, tell us and we will sort it out.

Paying

What does it cost?

A free scan shows you the totals. One unlock is $6.70 and opens the full report for a wallet for 14 days. Credit packs bring the per-wallet price down if you have several.

How do I pay?

You send an exact stablecoin amount to our address. No card, no account, no wallet connection — the exact amount is what identifies your payment.

Can I get a refund?

The report is instant, so unlocks are non-refundable as a rule. But if it did not pay for itself, email us or message us on X and we will make it right.

I paid and nothing happened.

Use the recover-by-transaction option on the pay screen — paste your transaction and it will find the payment. If that fails, send us the transaction hash and we will unlock it manually.

What do the sweep and bridge tools charge?

2% on any sell or bridge. It is already included in the “you receive” number shown before you sign, so what you approve is what you get. Network gas and any third-party swap costs are separate and not ours.

What does Get Your Rent cost?

We keep 1% of the SOL that comes back, 66% less than the big cleaners. It is taken inside the same transaction, so your wallet shows it before you approve, and the “you get” number already has it taken off. Network fees go to Solana, not us. Check a wallet.

Do you claim pump.fun cashback too?

Yes. If you traded pump.fun coins that pay cashback, pump.fun may still owe your wallet some. We check for it when you check your rent and claim it in the same popup, so it comes back to your wallet as SOL. The same 1% applies. Check a wallet.

Sell All Drops

What are drops?

Some pump.fun and StonkFun coins pay their holders rewards in another coin. That can be a tokenized stock like SpaceX, Ferrari, Dell, Tesla or Google (from Backpack Securities and xStocks), PUMP, PEPE, Bonk, or another pump.fun coin. The small amounts that land in your wallet are your drops.

How do you find them?

We read every coin in your wallet and how it got there, from its own history on Solana. Only what pump.fun’s or StonkFun’s payouts sent you counts as a drop. Coins you bought or were sent are left alone, and checking is free.

What does selling them cost?

We keep 2% of what each sale pays, inside the same transaction, so your wallet shows it before you approve. A sale that sells all of a coin also closes the account that held it, in the same approval, so that account’s rent comes back to you too: about 0.002 SOL each, less our 1%, the same as Get Your Rent. Network fees go to Solana, not us. Find your drops.

Do you burn them?

No. We sell them, and the SOL comes to your wallet. A coin with a pump.fun market is sold there, and stocks, PUMP and other coins pump.fun has no market for are sold through Jupiter, a public swap app.

What if the price moves?

Each sale has a minimum on Solana: it never pays less than 90% of the price you saw, and a sale through Jupiter also stops if its price moves more than 3% while it is sent. If the price moves more, that sale fails and nothing is sold. The network fee for a failed transaction is still paid.

Is this made by pump.fun or StonkFun?

No. Sell All Drops is our own tool. It is not made by or linked to pump.fun, StonkFun or Jupiter.

Reports and data

How long does a report last?

14 days from unlock. With an account, the wallet stays on your dashboard for about 90 days so you can re-scan it.

Do I need an account?

No. An email just groups your wallets in one place and lets you get back to a report later. You can scan and pay without ever giving one.

Can you delete my data?

Yes — delete a wallet from your account and its reports go with it, or email us and we will remove your email and data entirely.

Why did the number change between scans?

Prices move, and a scan that hits a rate-limited chain may read less than a later one. We never show a total we have not actually read.

Scanning is read-only · we never ask for your keys or a signature. Connecting a wallet is optional, only to sweep.
